Ontario Fertility Treatment Tax Credit

The Ontario Fertility Treatment Tax Credit (OFTTC) is a new refundable credit designed to help Ontario families manage eligible medical expenses related to fertility treatment and surrogacy.
Eligible Ontario residents may claim a refundable tax credit of up to 25% on qualifying expenses, to a maximum of $20,000 for costs incurred after January 1, 2025.

An anti-avoidance measure to prevent tax deferrals related to refundable dividend tax where dividends are paid within a corporate group. Various modifications to tax incentives related to the clean economy. C. International Measures Revisions to the transfer pricing rules and requirements.
