Trevor graduated from Fanshawe College with a Diploma in Accounting in 2001 and worked as a Financial Analyst in various business sectors progressing to leadership roles. He also operated a successful bookkeeping company supporting bookkeeping and controllership functions for a variety of clients. 

Trevor also received a designation in Bookkeeping in 2017 and began working as the Manager of the Bookkeeping group at Ward and Uptigrove that same year.
