three entry level
Technical Service Representatives
to join our personal lines insurance department based out of Listowel, New Hamburg and Kitchener. You’ll play a key role in document processing to support our clients with their personal insurance needs.

What You'll Do
- Process all new business, cancellations, endorsements, reinstatements and renewals
- Update client information in broker management system
- Provide support for account managers as required
- Prepare client invoices and billing material
- Provide support for reception as required
What You'll Bring
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- The following are considered an asset:
- Valid RIBO License
- Previous experience in a personal lines environment
- Experience with Applied Epic and Applied Rating Services
