Mihaela graduated with honours from Pace University in New York City, with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting. She also completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Courses I, II, and Owner- Manager, and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.
Mihaela joined Ward & Uptigrove in 2015 after previously working with a national accounting firm in Toronto. She provides a wide range of services to clients, including corporate tax review, incorporations, general tax planning, and assistance with CRA audits and appeals, along with other related services.
In her spare time, Mihaela enjoys hiking and discovering the beauty of Canada with her husband.
