Emily is the Human Resources Manager at Ward & Uptigrove. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Brock University and a post-grad Diploma in HR Management from Conestoga College she obtained her CHRL designation in 2015 and joined Ward & Uptigrove HR Solutions the following year.
Today, Emily leads the firm’s HR initiatives, helping to create a positive workplace culture and support both employees and leaders across the organization. She is passionate about building strong teams, developing people, and finding practical solutions to workplace challenges.
Born and raised locally, Emily lives in Minto with her husband and three children. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her at a hockey rink or baseball diamond, cheering on her kids and enjoying time with her family.
