Salary Range:
$100,000 to $130,000 annually, based on skills, experience, and qualifications

About the Role
Horst Systems is seeking a
Senior Operations Manager – Manufacturing & Logistics to lead and stabilize manufacturing operations that support our construction field teams, with additional oversight of logistics and fleet operations. This is a senior leadership role with a strong operational focus. You will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing output, material flow, and transportation resources are reliable, safe, compliant, and aligned with project and field demands. Your primary focus will be manufacturing performance, supported by disciplined logistics and fleet coordination. Success in this role is measured by predictable operations, on-time delivery to the field, safety and compliance performance, supervisor effectiveness, and continuous improvement outcomes.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field is an asset
- 10 or more years of leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or fleet environments
- Demonstrated experience managing teams, schedules, and operational performance
- Experience in agriculture, construction, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment is an asset
