The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Quality Management Supervisor to lead our quality initiatives and ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality grain products. In this role, you will work closely with the Plant Supervisor and Plant Manager, making real impact on both daily operations and shaping long-term improvements. 


As our Quality Management Supervisor, you will:

Quality Systems and Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
  • Lead internal and third-party audits to ensure compliance with HACCP, CIPRS, BRC, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain the Quality Manual and Canadian Grain Sampling Manual.

Audits, Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics including downtime, maintenance, and trends.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer inquiries.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality trends, non-conformances, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality.
  • Issue IP Contracts and ensure grower compliance with requirements.

Operational Support

  • Oversee Bagging Plant and Trucking Scheduling.
  • Review inventory levels for shipping.
  • Complete housekeeping walkthroughs and traffic flow management.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Post-secondary education in office administration, agriculture, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a quality management role preferably in an agriculture or food processing setting.
  • Understanding of quality management systems and food safety regulations including HACCP, CIPRS, BRC.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
