Compensation: $32–$40/hour ($83,000–$117,000 annually depending on experience and education) + Health Care Spending Account + Pension Plan + eligibility for year-end bonus

Here’s What You’ll Do: As Project Manager for our East Branch, you will oversee day-to-day project execution and operational coordination to ensure crews are set up for safe, efficient, and on-schedule performance. You will act as the operational hub between field crews, warehouse, sales, and leadership.

Your day to day will look like this:
- Coordinate short- and long-term scheduling of concrete, bin, millwrighting, and construction crews
- Ensure job-start readiness — crews have materials, equipment, and information
- Communicate job scope, drawings, and expectations to foremen
- Track project progress, productivity, and crew utilization
- Resolve installation issues, work procedure concerns, and customer complaints
- Oversee shipping/receiving and staging of materials for active projects
- Monitor inventory, shortages, and equipment availability
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and site specifications
- Support job costing, change orders, and project documentation
- Provide daily and weekly operational updates to the Director of Operations
- Coordinate fleet and equipment needs across multiple projects
- Enforce Ministry of Labour safety requirements and internal H&S standards
- Act as primary escalation point for operational issues at the East Branch
- Travel between branches (Winchester & Elmira) and customer job sites as required

You're a perfect fit for this job if you bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in construction coordination, agriculture, warehouse/logistics, or field operations skills
- Experience working with construction crews or industrial environments
- Strong scheduling and resource coordination skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience supporting job costing and productivity tracking as well as strong communication and cross-functional alignment skills
- High accountability and follow-through, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Customer and crew service mindset
- Nerve, Grit, Focus to get the job done
Requirements for this position:
- Diploma or certificate in Construction, Operations, Project Management, Skilled Trade, or related field (preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to travel between branches and job sites
- A background check which may include reference and background check, education verification, and driver’s abstract
