With over a decade of public sector experience, Jason has been growing his consulting practice since 2023. Jason has supported leaders and employees across municipal government, healthcare, child welfare, and emergency services. His experience spans Talent Acquisition, Labour Relations, and Generalist HR, giving him a practical, steady perspective when decisions really matter.

Jason holds an Honours BA from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Post-Grad Certificate in HR Management, and the CHRL designation, with additional training in DISC and Trait Emotional Intelligence to strengthen his work in sensitive, people-focused situations.
