Cleaning Depot is looking for a professional, upbeat, and reliable
Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams during a maternity leave contract. If you enjoy helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and being the “go-to” person in a busy office environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful contact for customers, while supporting multiple teams behind the scenes. Your day will include:
Customer Service + Order Support
- Answering customer phone calls in a warm, professional manner
- Entering and processing customer orders accurately
- Providing product info, pricing, and availability
- Resolving shipping questions, backorders, and service issues
- Following up to ensure customers are satisfied
- Building positive, long-term customer relationships
Administrative + Office Support
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and documentation
- Keeping customer records updated and organized
- Supporting accounting with simple tasks (payments, filing, reconciliation)
- Assisting purchasing by requesting supplier quotes, verifying stock, and updating pricing
- Ensuring paperwork is accurate for warehouse and operations teams
- Helping keep the office organized and running smoothly
Sales Support
- Preparing quotes and processing orders for the sales team
- Assisting with follow-up communication
- Tracking customer activity such as recurring purchases and open quotes
- Helping with marketing or promotional tasks as needed
