Construction Labourer - Agriculture and Grain Systems

We’re looking for hard-working, mechanically inclined team players to join our agricultural construction crew. If you value safety, teamwork, and seeing a job well done, this might be the role for you. Multiple positions are available.
We are currently seeking energetic, hard-working Agricultural Construction Labourers to help us build grain systems on construction sites through rural Ontario. This hands-on position is part of a small crew based out of Elmira Ontario.
This is a
full-time permanent position located in
Elmira or Winchester, working approximately
50 hours per week on a
straight day shift, Monday through Friday. Some travel is required with occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities
- Regular Travel around rural Ontario with you construction crew; occasional overnight stays required
- Follow instructions as per Crew Leader and Project Manager, adhering to project specifications
- Assemble and install grain bin systems which includes concrete work, millwrighting and equipment assembly
- Work at heights of up to 50 meters
- Participate in training for safe work practices, use of equipment, tools and job techniques
- Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and continue to develop a great working culture, with an emphasis on health and safety
You're a Great Fit if You
- Enjoy physical work and being outdoors year-round
- Are punctual, reliable, and take initiative
- Have experience in construction, agriculture, or landscaping (2+ years)
- Have mechanical aptitude or basic repair/maintenance experience
- Can operate forklifts, welders, telehandlers, (training provided if needed)
- Communicate respectfully and work well with a team
- Are comfortable working at heights using fall protection
