Concrete Labourer - Agriculture and Grain Systems

We are currently seeking energetic, hard-working Agricultural Construction Labourers with Concrete experience to help us build grain systems on construction sites through rural Ontario. This hands-on position is part of a small crew based out of Elmira Ontario.
This is a
full-time permanent position located in Elmira, working approximately
50 hours per week on a
straight day shift, Monday through Friday. Some travel is required with occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities
- Regular Travel around rural Ontario with you construction crew; occasional overnight stays required
- Follow instructions as per Crew Leader and Project Manager, adhering to project specifications
- Pour, level, and smooth concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools in the assembly and installation of grain bin structures
- Operate and maintain concrete tools and power equipment
- Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies to and from job sites
- Participate in training for safe work practices, use of equipment, tools and job techniques
- Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and continue to develop a great working culture, with an emphasis on health and safety

- Enjoy physical work and being outdoors year-round
- Are punctual, reliable, and take initiative
- Can follow all safety protocols
- Have experience in construction, agriculture, or landscaping (2+ years) with concrete work
- Are familiar with tools, formwork and construction materials as it relates to concrete
- Can communicate respectfully and work well within a hardworking team
