Commercial Client Service Broker to join our dynamic team serving New Hamburg, Elmira and Cambridge with a home office base in Kitchener. You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients with their commercial insurance needs while growing your expertise. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to fill a current vacancy.

What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of commercial lines clients
- Provide expert advice on insurance products, coverage, and claims
- Respond to client and insurance company inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Resolve client issues independently and effectively
- Professionally represent clients and the brokerage to underwriters
What You'll Bring
- Valid RIBO License with minimum 2 years’ experience in a service broker role, preferably in a commercial lines environment
- Post-secondary education within a relevant field, preferred
- Industry designation or currently pursuing one (e.g. CAIB, CIP), considered an asset
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
- Ability to work under pressure and stay professional with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience with Applied Epic and Applied Rating Services, considered an asset
