Concrete Labourer

Reports to: Foreman and Project Manager/Operations Manager
Classification: Full-time, permanent, hourly
Compensation: $19 -$25/hour + health care spending account + pension plan + eligibility for year end bonus
Target State Date: May 2026
Here’s What You’ll Do: In this role you will travel across rural Ontario with your crew (including occasional overnight stays), assist in building grain bin structures by pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete, and safely operate and maintain tools and equipment. You’ll follow direction from leadership, support material handling and site setup, and contribute to a positive, safety-focused team culture while continuing to develop your skills.

Your day to day will look like this:
- Regular Travel around rural Ontario with you construction crew; occasional overnight stays required
- Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and continue to develop a great working culture, with an emphasis on health and safety
- Follow instructions as per Crew Leader/Foreman and Project Manager, adhering to project specifications
- Pour, level, and smooth concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools in the assembly and installation of grain bin structures
- Operate and maintain concrete tools and power equipment
- Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies to and from job sites
- Participate in training for safe work practices, use of equipment, tools and job techniques
