Classification: Full-time, permanent
Compensation: $30-$40 an hour + health care spending account + pension plan + Year end Bonus

Here’s What You’ll Do: The Bin Foreman position is a working leadership role for those who enjoy being in the field, solving problems on site, and taking pride in building systems that farmers depend on every day.

Your day to day will look like this:
- Lead and work with a crew installing grain handling systems
- Assemble and install mechanical and structural components on job sites
- Read basic drawings and follow project direction from the Project Manager
- Solve practical issues on site as work progresses
- Ensure safe, efficient, high-quality installation work
- Travel across Eastern Ontario (occasional overnight stays required – company paid!)
- Work safely at heights (training provided)
- Operate tools and equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and other site machinery (training provided)

You’re a perfect fit for this job if you bring:
- 1+ years leading construction crews or acting in a lead hand / foreman capacity
- 5+ years of hands-on construction or industrial labour experience
- Valid Working at Heights certification
- Strong understanding of H&S, and Supervisor Awareness
- Nerve, Grit, Focus to get the job done
