Brad holds an Honours Accounting degree from Brock University. Following his graduation in 2008, he joined a national accounting firm providing audit and assurance services and earning his CA designation in 2009.

Brad joined Ward & Uptigrove in July 2011 and became Partner in 2019. He provides annual compliance and business advisory services for mainly agricultural clients. From financial statement preparation and income tax planning and filings, to organizational structure and estate planning, to farm risk management programs, right through to transferring your business to the next generation - Brad provides clients with proactive, timely and relevant planning to help their business take the next step forward.

Brad enjoys good coffee and good conversation, which is most often shared with his wife, Kendra, and four children. He is an avid sports fan with his favourite teams being those his kids play on. He enjoys spending time at the soccer field, ball diamond or the golf course in the summer and at the arena or on the ski hills in the winter and is an active member in his local church.
