Chad graduated from Conestoga College in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Audit and Information Technology. Chad joined Ward & Uptigrove in 2016, earned his CPA designation in 2018 and became a Principal in 2024. 

Chad provides annual compliance and business advisory services for mainly agricultural clients. From optimizing current operations to facilitating seamless succession planning, Chad offers proactive, timely, and tailored guidance to help clients advance their business to the next stage of growth.

Chad was raised on a dairy farm, an experience that instilled a deep understanding of agricultural operations and continues to inform his work within the agriculture services department. Outside of his professional pursuits, Chad is an avid sports enthusiast and a dedicated supporter of the Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Maple Leafs. He also enjoys staying active through hockey, baseball, and golf.
