Alicia is a principal at Ward & Uptigrove and has been serving owner-managed clients since joining Ward & Uptigrove in 2011. Her focus is in the agricultural sector where she assists clients with the preparation of financial statements compilation and review engagements, corporate tax returns, personal tax returns, tax planning, succession and estate planning. Alicia supports her clients with technical expertise combined with practical personalized guidance.

Alicia graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2008. She began her career with a national accounting firm prior to joining Ward & Uptigrove in 2011 and earned her Chartered Processional Accountant (CPA) designation, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in the same year.  She moved to her current role as Principal in 2023. Alicia is a member of the Canadian Association of Farm Advisors.

Outside of the office, Alicia resides on a cash crop farm outside of Walton with her husband and three children and is active on community boards and committees.
